At present, the commonly used plastic materials for casings mainly include PC ABS and PC+ABS. This casing mainly uses PC+ABS, and even ABS is used as the casing; several casing manufacturers in South Korea were the first to use pure PC materials. PC+ABS: The synthetic material of PC and ABS, taking the characteristics of the former two, has excellent molding and processing performance, good fluidity, and high strength (tensile electric strength 56MPa, bending strength 6MPa). Pc+ABS material is mainly used for shells with high requirements for general appearance and color but no special requirements for the environment. Materials are selected according to structural characteristics.


1. When the structural strength is high, the wall is thick, and the structural shape is complex, PC+ABS should be preferred;

2. When the structure is relatively thin and the strength is insufficient, PC should be selected.

Material selection according to the appearance coating color:

1. PC+ABS should be the first choice when bright, multi-color, and strict requirements are placed on Xu clothing;

2. When electroplating is required for the appearance, ABS should be selected.

PC material should be used for shells used in harsh environments (such as low temperature, vibration, impact, etc.)
